The short version

TaskBees started the way a lot of honest tools do: as a fix for our own problem. Running a small e-commerce store means wearing every hat at once — and the support hat never comes off. Customers email at 2am. “Where is my order?” arrives forty times a week. Every answer means digging through a shipping dashboard, copying a tracking number, and writing the same paragraph again.

The big helpdesk platforms wanted us to migrate everything and pay per seat for features built for support teams. We didn't have a team. We had an inbox, a shipping account, and no time. So we built the tool we actually wanted: something that reads the inbox we already use, drafts replies from our real policies and real order data, and waits for a human yes.

That origin still shapes every decision. Features ship only after they survive our own inbox. The AI never sends without approval until it has earned it. And when Kickstarter creators started using TaskBees for backer messages, we built a proper channel for them instead of pretending a helpdesk built for retail tickets was good enough.

Who we are

TaskBees is made by Task Bees LLC — independent, bootstrapped, and deliberately small. No sales team will ever call you. The people building the product are the people reading hello@taskbees.ai, and yes, we read all of it.

One housekeeping note: TaskBees lives at taskbees.ai. We're not affiliated with other businesses that happen to share a similar name.
